CORD conducted Children’s Day for the children of Kondavil, Kokuvil and Chavakachery on the 8th of October 2014. Nearly 60 children took part in full day festivities at CORD office in Jaffna.
Nearly 130 children took part, in Killinochi on 16th of October 2014 for a day of engaging activities and fun.
In addition, four students who scored over 100 marks in the scholarship examination were awarded special prizes. All the children who participated in the Children’s Day activities were given gifts as well.
